Orders & Payments

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time within Pakistan: 3–7 working days.

• Free shipping may apply on promotional offers.

• Delays may occur due to courier services or public holidays.

Returns & Refunds

• Products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

• Perfumes once opened/used are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Intellectual Property

• All brand names, logos, and designs of Arslan Scents are owned by us and cannot be copied without permission.

Liability

• Arslan Scents is not responsible for allergic reactions; please check ingredients before use.

• We are not liable for courier delays or damages after dispatch.
